1. Seller
Duo Accessories is a proposed brand of Websytes. Registered office, company registration, VAT ID and customer-service contact must be completed before sale.
2. Products and orders
The current range is a concept preview. No orders or preorders are accepted. When sales open, each listing will specify the actual product, compatibility, total price, taxes, fulfilment origin and delivery estimate. An order is accepted only according to the acceptance procedure explained at checkout.
3. Prices and payment
Prices in the preview are indicative. Market prices, taxes, shipping, currency conversion and import duties must be disclosed before payment. No hidden recurring payment is intended.
4. Delivery
We deliver only to countries enabled at checkout. Agreed delivery obligations and remedies under applicable law remain in force. Lost or damaged deliveries must be assessed under the consumer rules applying to the order.
5. Cancellation and defects
See Shipping & returns. Statutory withdrawal and conformity rights are not excluded. Commercial guarantees, if offered, are additional to those rights.
6. Use and liability
Follow device and accessory instructions. No liability exclusion applies where mandatory law prohibits it. Product-specific safety instructions must be included with the supplied product.
7. Complaints and disputes
A verified complaints contact and response process will be published before sale. Any choice of Dutch law must preserve mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Jurisdiction wording requires legal review for the markets served.
