International delivery
We are preparing an international store. Available destinations, carrier options, shipping charges, dispatch origin and estimated delivery times will be shown before checkout opens. We do not currently promise delivery to every country.
Orders may use different fulfilment routes by region. Battery products and power adapters can have destination-specific restrictions. Duties and import taxes will be clearly identified as prepaid or payable on arrival before you place an order.
Returns
For EU and EEA consumers, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies where required by law. Notify us within 14 days after receiving your goods, then return them within 14 days of that notification. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary can result in a deduction for diminished value; original packaging is not an absolute condition for statutory withdrawal.
For a full withdrawal, we refund the purchase price and standard outbound delivery cost. We may wait until the goods are returned or you provide proof of return. Refunds use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. Return-shipping responsibility and the return address will be stated before ordering opens. Defective goods are handled separately under applicable consumer rights.
Other countries: your mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected. No worldwide statutory return period is implied.
